I'm Braydon. Dad of three kids under six. Husband. Personal trainer and business owner. I train myself around the same chaos I help my clients navigate every single day.

Early mornings before the kids are up. Sessions squeezed between work calls. Weeks where everything falls apart and motivation is nowhere. I have trained through all of it for over 10 years, and I built Zero BS Coaching around what actually works in real life, not ideal conditions.

I've never properly trained before. Is this for me?
Yes. You do not need experience, you need direction. Everything is explained from day one. Starting from scratch is an advantage. No bad habits, no ego to manage. Beginners who commit see results fast.
Do I have to give up my favourite foods?
No. No meal plans, no extreme diets. We set your calories and macros around your goals and teach you how to hit them without cutting out the things you enjoy. Simple education that sticks for life.
I don't have much time. Can I still get results?
Yes. Your program is built around the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had. Two sessions a week or five. We make it work either way.
Is this a quick fix?
No. No shortcuts. What you get is the most direct, sustainable route to results, without the BS methods that always collapse. Consistency over time is the only thing that works, and that is exactly what this system builds.
What happens after I apply?
