I'm here to get you results, not hold you hostage. Straight up though, there's a minimum term on every tier: both Online and Online Lite are 16 weeks, and In-Person is 8. To cancel I ask for 28 days notice, and either way you'll see out your minimum term, whether you give that notice during it or after. That's not a lock-in trick, it's just how long real change takes to stick. After your minimum is up, you stay because it's working, not because you're stuck.
